Baked Brie with Figs, Honey, & Thyme

Baked Brie is the best!  And what’s even cooler is that it’s fig season!  Break out this 100% delicious snack at your next gathering… or Netflix binge-watching night on your couch in your sweats.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cheese brie (I used President 16 oz. wheel)
1 Pillsbury Crescent Sheet
5-6 fresh figs, quartered
2-3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp fresh thyme

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 375F.

  • Roll out the crescent sheet. Put the cheese into the center and bring the edges over to enclose the brie. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Spoon the figs and honey over the baked brie, sprinkle the fresh thyme and serve warm.
