Baked Brie with Figs, Honey, & Thyme
Baked Brie is the best! And what’s even cooler is that it’s fig season! Break out this 100% delicious snack at your next gathering… or Netflix binge-watching night on your couch in your sweats.
INGREDIENTS
1 cheese brie (I used President 16 oz. wheel)
1 Pillsbury Crescent Sheet
5-6 fresh figs, quartered
2-3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Roll out the crescent sheet. Put the cheese into the center and bring the edges over to enclose the brie. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Spoon the figs and honey over the baked brie, sprinkle the fresh thyme and serve warm.
