An Evening In Tuscany Asparagus Parmigiana

INGREDIENTS
1 cup marinara sauce
2 bunches asparagus, ends trimmed
1 Tbsp Milford Spice Company’s An Evening In Tuscany
5 slices provolone
3/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine marinara sauce and Milford Spice Company’s An Evening In Tuscany. Stir to combine thoroughly.
Trim asparagus, toss with a little olive oil and arrange in one layer on baking sheet.
Pour the marinara down the center of the the asparagus stems.
Top the marinara with provolone, then sprinkle a layer of the mozzarella cheese.
Cover the cheese with breadcrumbs, followed by parmesan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Broil for 30 seconds-1 minute to get it nice and golden brown.
