Greek Pita Fries
These are dangerous! I can seriously eat all of them in one sitting - no problem! They’re easy to make in the air fryer and they’re perfect little dippers in hummus, tabouli, tzaziki, or anything, really!
INGREDIENTS
3 medium pitas
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp greek seasoning
1/4 tsp oregano
DIRECTIONS
Cut pita into 1/2” strips, toss with olive oil, greek seasoning and oregano.
For the Air Fryer:
Place in air fryer basket, spaced evenly apart, and cook at 400 for 5-6 minutes, tossing halfway. (If your air fryer requires a preheat, be sure to do that.)
For the Oven:
Place pita strips on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
