Fiesta Burger (Veggie)

Quick Trick:  Just in time for Cinco de Mayo!  This burger’s got some kick!  It’s great served with Elote off the cob and sweet potato fries.

 

INGREDIENTS

2 Beyond Meat Burgers
2 Pretzel buns
2 slices pepper jack cheese
½ cup pico de gallo
½ avocado, sliced thinly
¼ cup Kraft Chipotle Mayo
¼ cup shredded lettuce

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place pretzel bun, inside part face down, and toast for 6 minutes.
  • On medium – high heat, sear the Beyond Meat burgers for 3 minutes on each side, top with pepper jack slices and let melt for 1 minute.
  • To assemble, on bottom piece of pretzel bun, place lettuce, top with burger, avocado, pico de gallo, and chipotle mayo.
