Roasted Garlic & Rosemary French Fries

INGREDIENTS

4 red skin potatoes, peeled and cut into long pieces.
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
2 rosemary sprigs, chopped
½ tsp Himalayan salt

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bring a pot to boil and add potatoes.
  • Cook for 3 minutes, you don’t want to cook them all the way or you’ll have mashed potatoes.
  • Pat them dry and mix the rest of the ingredients with them in a bowl.
  • Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
