Seriously Good Brussel Sprouts

I know it's a cliche that kids don't like them, but brussel sprouts are awesome!  Here's a super simple recipe that's sure to please any kid, old or young.  Yes, I'm talking about my husband.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 lb brussel sprouts, stems off and halved
2 Tbsp olive oil or garlic olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lay brussel sprouts on a baking sheet and drive olive oil, salt & pepper on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.

It's that easy.
