Easy Moist Corn Muffins

QUICK TRICK:  Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (Made in Michigan) is the best.  To make your muffins more moist, just add 8 oz. extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese and a 15 oz. can of creamed corn to 2 boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix, follow the direction on the box, and you'll have some seriously moist muffins.  Guaranteed.
