Chili Cheese Dip

This is Nick's favorite guilty pleasure.  It's perfect for any football-watching day.  Me, I don't know much about football, but my brothers sure do like it.  This is great dipped with those Fritos scoops!  Thanks to our friend Jacqueline for this beautiful serving tray!

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1 can (15 oz.) chili with beans (I use Amy's Organic)

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients in 2-qt. microwaveable bowl.
  • Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min. Stir until blended.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or assorted cut-up vegetables.
