Sausage, Egg & Cheese Puff Pastry Wraps

Sometimes you gotta mix it up a bit and serve breakfast in a new way.  These cute wraps are straight of out Yumtown - the whole family is going to love them!

INGREDIENTS


1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
6 large eggs
9 uncooked breakfast sausage links
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp water

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  • In a skillet, scramble the 6 eggs. Set aside.

  • Unfold pastry sheet and cut into 9 squares.

  • Place scrambled eggs diagonal down center of the pastry square. Place one sausage link on top of each pastry square. Top with cheese. Fold two opposite corners of each square over the filling and press edges to seal. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Combine 1 egg and water. Brush each pastry with egg wash. Sprinkle with chopped chives.

  • Bake 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
