Jamaican Me Crazy Pulled Pork

This Jamaican Jerk Pulled Pork is so perfect using Milford Spice Company’s Jamaican Me Crazy!  We like our pulled pork on its own, but you can easily make this and use it for sandwiches, on pizza, or even in a summer salad!  It goes great with grilled pineapple, too!  

Pro Tip:  When shredding meat:  Place your meat in the bowl of your Kitchen Aid mixer, and, using the paddle instrument, turn it on slow and in just a few seconds, you’ll have perfectly shredded meat!

INGREDIENTS

2 lb pork shoulder
2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup Milford Spice Company’s Jamaican Me Crazy
2 tsp brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

  • Rub your pork shoulder with brown sugar and the spice blend.

  • Place pork into the Instant Pot and pour pineapple juice.

  • Cook at high pressure for about 15 minutes (according to the size of your pork shoulder).

  • Let the steam release naturally, then shred your meat with a fork and serve.
