It's All Greek To Me Pita Chips (Air Fryer / Oven)

You guys. Last week was insanely busy and insanely productive. I have been working super hard on some @womeninmilford stuff, including getting the planning for this year's Gala underway. I barely had time to eat, let alone cook! But there's always time for a snack, am I right?

There are few things better than fresh, warm pita chips.  Add a little Milford Spice Company’s It’s All Greek To Me and and you get perfection.  Dip them in hummus or tabouli, enjoy them with greek salad or shawarma, or gobble them up all on their own - there’s no wrong way to eat these pita chips!

INGREDIENTS

3 medium pitas
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Milford Spice Company’s It’s All Greek To Me
1/4 tsp oregano

DIRECTIONS

  • Cut pita into 1/2” triangles (about 8 triangles per pita).

  • Toss with olive oil, Milford Spice Company’s It’s All Greek To Me, and oregano.

For the Air Fryer:

  • Place in air fryer basket, spaced evenly apart, and cook at 400 for 5-6 minutes, tossing halfway. (If your air fryer requires a preheat, be sure to do that.)

For the Oven: 

  • Place pita chips on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
