Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats
The Banana Bread Overnight Oats were such a success, I decided to try some Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats! Boom!
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Quaker rolled oat
3 oz almond milk
2 oz Ripple non-dairy Greek yogurt alternative
¾ cup blueberries
½ tsp nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients except for the blueberries in a clean mason jar.
- Stir everything together.
- Add the blueberries, whole.
- Put a lid on the mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
