AO Cherry Balls

This recipe is simple and yummy!  Brittaney is a doctor, so I listen to all of her nutritional advice.  Here's what Dr. Brittaney had to say about these awesome Cherry Balls:

"Who knew that tart cherries are a great source for melatonin (the naturally occurring hormone that regulates your sleep)!?  Mixed with a few dates and raw almonds- these gems are a great bed time snack option.  They also only take about 5 minutes to make.  Try out the recipe and see how you sleep! "

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup tart cherries (unsweetened).
1/2 cup raw almonds.
3 dates.

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all ingredients together, roll into balls, and store in the fridge. Enjoy 2-3 before bed.
