Cranberry Bark
This is ridiculously easy to make and tastes like heaven!
INGREDIENTS
3 pkgs. Baker’s white chocolate
1 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
Melt chocolate, 30 seconds at a time, spread out a between a minute so it doesn’t burn the chocolate, until it’s melted.
Add the cranberries and pecans and mix together.
Spread out on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for an hour.
Take out of fridge and break apart.
