Jalapeño Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS

2 - 16 oz cans Refried Beans
8 oz cream cheese
3 finely diced jalapeno peppers
1 cup shredded queso
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
Diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
Queso cheese
Chopped cilantro

 

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together using a hand mixer, or stirring by hand.
  • Transfer mixture into an 8x8 baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Top with queso cheese, diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro.
