Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of kale
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 ½ Tbsp nutritional yeast
½ Tbsp garlic powder
½ Tbsp onion powder
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp Himalayan salt (you can find it in the shop)

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 315 degrees.
  • Rinse and dry the kale leaved, remove the stems.
  • Combine the ingredients and toss them all together.
  • Lay them out on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  • Let them rest for 5 minutes to let them crisp.
