S'Mores Cups!

Nick and I just got back from the Upper Peninsula in Michigan.  Nick’s family and friends have been going to Lake Mary for over 40 years.  This was my first year there and it was so much fun!  I drove a Jet Ski for the first time ever!  This week, I’ll be making campfire inspired recipes.  This one I thought of on our way home back to Milford.  What are your favorite campfire recipes?

 

INGREDIENTS

Keebler Ready Crust 6 Mini Cups
4 Hershey chocolate bars
6 Kraft S’Moremallows

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place 7 Hershey pieces from each bar into the cup in a circle and top with 1 Kraft S’Moremallow marshmallow pieces on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Melt 1 bar of Hershey chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then melt in the microwave for another 30 minutes and stir.
  • When they come out of the oven, char with the Cheflamme Butane Torch until golden brown.
  • Top with melted Hershey chocolate
