White Pizza
There is a company out of Sterling Heights, Michigan, that makes my absolute favorite dough. Tiseo’s dough comes frozen in a little ball with a red label. If you don’t happen to live in Michigan, you can still find it at Meijer.

1 ball Tiseo’s dough
6 slices gruyere
6 slices fresh mozzarella
6 slices fontina
6 slices white cheddar
