White Pizza

There is a company out of Sterling Heights, Michigan, that makes my absolute favorite dough.  Tiseo’s dough comes frozen in a little ball with a red label.  If you don’t happen to live in Michigan, you can still find it at Meijer.

INGREDIENTS

1 ball Tiseo’s dough
6 slices gruyere
6 slices fresh mozzarella
6 slices fontina
6 slices white cheddar
1 oz. fresh basil
3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp olive oil

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Thaw dough for 6 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with non-stick Reynolds foil.
  • Knead dough and toss to make a round.
  • Spread olive oil over the entire round dough.
  • Add garlic, cheeses, and basil
  • Bake for 30 minutes
