Oh, black garlic, my new best friend.  At our wedding brunch, we ordered the steak and eggs.  Ahem, Black garlic steak and eggs, to be exact.  I still dream about that steak.  Black garlic, you can use it in most everything.  It is truly amazing and probably my new favorite ingredient of the past few years.  Well, that and garlic scapes.  You get it; I love garlic (sorry, honey).
