Kenny's East Texas Cajun Sweet Potato Fries

Quick and easy, you can turn a couple sweet potatoes into a delicious treat for the whole family - though you may want to keep them all to yourself - with Milford Spice Company’s Kenny’s East Texas Cajun Sweet Potato Fries!  Dip them in some ranch or chipotle mayo!

INGREDIENTS

3 sweet potatoes, cut into matchsticks
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Milford Spice Company’s Kenny’s East Texas Cajun
Salt & pepper to taste (optional)
1 tsp flaky salt (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  • Wash sweet potatoes and slice into matchsticks.

  • Place the sweet potatoes on a large baking sheet and toss with olive oil, Milford Spice Company’s Kenny’s East Texas Cajun, and a large pinch each of salt and pepper. 

  • Spread the fries out in an even layer. Do not overcrowd the pan. If needed, divide the fries between 2 baking sheets. 

  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, then flip, and return to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes more. 

  • Pull out of oven once tender and crisp.  Sprinkle with flaky salt (optional).
