Peppermint Bark

This Peppermint Bark is super easy to make and everyone loves it, especially Santa.

INGREDIENTS

4 pkgs Baker’s Milk Chocolate
4 pkgs Baker’s White Chocolate
5 Tbsp Peppermint sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

  • Break up the milk chocolate and place in a bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments (so the chocolate doesn’t burn) and stir until smooth.

  • Line a 9x13” baking pan with wax paper and pour the milk chocolate evenly into the pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  • While that’s freezing, break up the white chocolate and place in a bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments (so the chocolate doesn’t burn) and stir until smooth.

  • Take out the milk chocolate and pour the white chocolate over it, smoothing it out so it’s pretty even. Sprinkle the peppermint in top and freeze for 30 minutes.

  • When 30 minutes is up, break up the chocolate and serve.
