Peppermint Bark
This Peppermint Bark is super easy to make and everyone loves it, especially Santa.
INGREDIENTS
4 pkgs Baker’s Milk Chocolate
4 pkgs Baker’s White Chocolate
5 Tbsp Peppermint sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
Break up the milk chocolate and place in a bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments (so the chocolate doesn’t burn) and stir until smooth.
Line a 9x13” baking pan with wax paper and pour the milk chocolate evenly into the pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.
While that’s freezing, break up the white chocolate and place in a bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments (so the chocolate doesn’t burn) and stir until smooth.
Take out the milk chocolate and pour the white chocolate over it, smoothing it out so it’s pretty even. Sprinkle the peppermint in top and freeze for 30 minutes.
When 30 minutes is up, break up the chocolate and serve.
